With the supplied chest strap you can monitor your heart rate closely, if you do not wish to do so you can also interpret your heart rate via the handles.

A simple push on the quick-start button allows you to start training immediately.

The adjustable arms allow you to train in different ways. Longer or shorter movements. A comfortable, pleasant and homely feeling during training makes it all the easier to achieve your objectives.
