When you start a training build-up, pay attention to what you eat. It’s actually pretty simple. If you have an office job, you don’t eat like a construction worker. So don’t eat more than your daily calorie needs. Please do not resort to extreme diet because that gives a yo-yo effect. Just eat smaller portions than you normally take and definitely try to vary in diet. At the end of the day there are already fewer Calories on the daily counter. Count this out on 1 month and you will be amazed at the result. And… the most important thing… start exercising healthily and safely.
