Functional Trainer is a double traction device on a small surface on which numerous exercises can be performed. This device has traction heights that are fully adjustable so that it can be trained even more precisely to train certain muscle groups more accurately.

This functional trainer is ideal for Kiné and rehabilitation training.

Here is an overview of the muscles that can be trained: shoulders front and back, chest, back, biceps, triceps, adductors, abductors, gluteus, abdominal muscles. In short, almost the entire body can be trained on this device. That is why this is a must in any gym, practice or home gym. This device is quite long but is usually easy to place along the wall. We definitely recommend performing every exercise correctly in front of a mirror or be assisted by a training partner or trainer who can correct you at any time. Performing wrong exercises with too high ballast can lead to injuries at muscle and tendon level.
