Abdo Crunch Plate loaded for Olympic discs of diameter 50mm. Biomechanical transmission with convergent motion.

With this device you can also train the oblique abdominal muscles steplessly. So you can immediately do super sets in the 3 directions.

The Plate loaded machines give the same feeling as training with free weights or dumbbells. Only that you can not perform wrong movements with these devices and therefore make the chance of injuries much smaller.

The seats are finished in high quality artificial leather with double stitching. All parts are of high quality by VPS selected based on years of experience.
