Thanks to the innovative design (using weight plates), the abdominal and back muscles can undergo a solid workout. The design of the GCAB360 is based on the professional equipment as in your fitness gym.

Thanks to the CAM adjustment option, you can set the GCAB360 in 26 different positions using a simple safety pin. The device is positioned at an angle of 30° for an anatomically correct position of the body.

The device is suitable for 30mm VPS weight plates
