Exercises

The following exercises can be performed: bench press with a convergent system, leg extension, leg curl, horizontal traction, vertical traction (lat pull) with leg blocking, abdominal machine, side fly. This machine is equipped with adjustable seats and adjustable work arms.

Possibility of extensions

Expansion with a leg press module is possible (optional)

Accessories

The most common accessories are included such as a lat-pull-barbell, triceps-barbell, abdominal muscle wrap and a foot strap for gluteus training. Many other accessories are optionally available.
